3LPE Coating Pipe Production Line is engineered for high-efficiency, precision coating of steel pipes ranging from Φ59 mm to Φ3000 mm in diameter. It applies a triple-layer protective coating—Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE), Adhesive (AD), and Polyethylene (PE)—that delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and robust mechanical performance. Ideal for critical pipeline projects in oil & gas, water transmission, and industrial infrastructure worldwide.

Advanced Coating Structure:

  • FBE Primer Layer (>100 μm) – Ensures strong adhesion and corrosion inhibition

  • AD Bonding Layer (170–250 μm) – Seamlessly integrates epoxy and polyethylene layers

  • PE Outer Layer (2.5–3.7 mm) – Provides mechanical protection and environmental resistance

The three layers are thermally fused into a unified, high-integrity coating that permanently bonds to the steel surface, forming a continuous impermeable shield against harsh operating conditions.
