The polyurethane spray-applied, polyethylene winding pre-insulated pipe production line, independently developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd., integrates three core systems: an external shot blasting and derusting unit, a polyurethane spraying system, and a PE winding unit.

This advanced production line has obtained multiple national patents and has been evaluated by third-party authorities with a technology advancement rating of Level 5, positioning it at the forefront of domestic innovation. It has also been recognized as a "First Set of Technical Equipment" in Shandong Province.

The system utilizes a continuous spraying production process, ensuring a high degree of automation and superior production efficiency.   • Remove rust from steel pipe surface by shot-blasting machinery
  • Preheat the steel pipe to get it ready for polyurethane spraying
  • Spray polyurethane evenly on steel pipe outer surface
