The Huashida NBR/PVC Flexible Rubber Foam Insulation Tube, Pipe and Sheet Production Line is a high-performance industrial solution designed for manufacturing flexible thermal insulation materials. This advanced extrusion line produces high-quality rubber foam pipes (sponge tubes) and insulation sheets, which are widely used in HVAC and industrial applications around the world.By integrating infrared radiation technology with a precision continuous vulcanization process, the equipment ensures a uniform closed-cell structure, excellent thermal resistance, and high production speed. Optimized for NBR (Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) formulations, the line delivers durable insulation products for air conditioning systems, fitness equipment, and industrial piping.
