Standard Three-Step Forming Process
- Substrate Extrusion: High-purity Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or HDPE is processed via a high-output single-screw extruder into a uniform backing film
- Irradiation Crosslinking: The PE substrate undergoes electron-beam irradiation, giving the material its thermal "shape memory," superior tensile strength, and flame-retardant properties
- Online Lamination & Shaping: The film undergoes precision secondary stretching and real-time bonding with imported hot-melt adhesive, guaranteeing high peel strength and stable shrink ratios
Three-Layer Fiberglass Reinforced Process
Adds fiberglass unwinding, heating, and leveling steps on the standard process, realizes one-pass continuous forming of three-layer fiber-reinforced products, with higher strength and better shrinkage performance
