Construction precautions for seamless heat shrinkable joint sleeves

1. Remove dirt. Wipe the surfaces at both ends of the pipe clean and gently sand it with sandpaper.

2. Preheat the temperature at both ends of the pipe to 60°-70°, take off the adhesive tape and place it in an appropriate position, then remove the isolation film.

3. The self-adhesive tape should be placed at the appropriate position on the outer edge of the seamless heat shrinkable joint sleeve. Use a ruler to find the right position and make the marking for pasting.

4. Pull back the seamless heat shrinkable joint sleeve to the appropriate position.

5. Bake the edges 10cm high over high heat. First, bake the top until it softens, then the sides, and finally the bottom. After baking one side, bake the other side. It's best for two people to bake each other at the same time. Repeat this process back and forth

6. During on-site field construction, pay attention to the crosswind and flame direction. The hot spot must not be exposed to the suspended area (in the middle of the joint).

7. It is essential to allow the softened heat shrinkable joint sleeve that has been baked to cool down for a certain period of time. Only in this way can it shrink more tightly

8. Finally, seal both ends with heat shrink tape and inject polyurethane in time. If the product is exposed to the sun for a long time or is placed on the pipe without construction, it will shrink, causing it to seize up with the pipe and be impossible to remove. Therefore, construction and storage should be carried out in accordance with the requirements!

9. Do not bake horizontally. Instead, swing the spray gun up and down to bake

10. Store the product in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight

11. Place horizontally to prevent deformation.
