Dosing and Blending - Rapid Batch - Automatic Batch Blender - BJVP

Overview:

We have earned our name as a renowned manufacturer and supplier of Automatic Batch Blender. This machine is used for blending lube oil, base oil and additives. Base oils from the tank are pumped into the blending vessels and mixed with additives at the required temperature. The blended product is filtered and transferred to storage tanks from where it is taken to the filling station. Automatic Batch Blender is suitable for industrial oil, automotive oil, synthetic oil, marine oil and more. It is well equipped with a blend kettle mounted on a load cell and integrated controls to automate batch blending.

  • Main blending heating process is carried segment, computer will control the heating process
  • The product pipeline also can be cleaned by VP pigging system
