2D Four Array Radar Low Altitude Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Targets Birds Balloons
I. Product Description
Two dimensional four array radar is an advanced X-band fully coherent pulse Doppler two-dimensional phased scanning three coordinate radar. It is specifically designed to detect and track electro-optical systems, and provide precise guidance for low altitude unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) targets, birds, and balloons. By utilizing the four array technology solution, the radar system can cover the entire 360 ° range, achieving precise TWS (Scan Along Tracking) and TAS (Scan After Tracking) tracking of targets, with comprehensive low altitude monitoring and target tracking capabilities.
II. Product Features
Autonomous and automatic tracking:
The radar is capable of autonomously searching for targets and automatically switching to tracking mode. Under normal background conditions, it can operate completely automatically without human intervention.
Portability and rapid deployment:
This radar system is lightweight and can be installed on vehicles for mobile applications or deployed as a fixed station. Each array can cover a maximum azimuth range of 90 ° and an elevation range of 60°, making it suitable for both sector specific monitoring and full 360 ° monitoring.
Excellent clutter suppression and small target detection:
This radar adopts advanced technologies such as high stable frequency source, long-term coherent accumulation, filter design method, MTI (Moving Target Indication), and clutter map detection. These features enhance the radar's ability to suppress ground clutter and highlight small targets, ensuring accurate detection even in complex environments.
III. Product Functions
Low Altitude Surveillance and Tracking:
In the all-domain low-altitude surveillance mode, each face of the radar covers a 90° azimuth range, with the four faces together covering a full 360°. The radar continuously searches for UAVs, birds, balloons, and other aerial targets within its range. It establishes TWS tracking of these targets, measuring their distance, angle, altitude, and velocity. This detailed information is then promptly reported to the terminal command and control system.
Multi-Target Automatic TAS Tracking:
After detecting and capturing targets, the radar can automatically switch to a mode that combines TWS search with multi-target automatic TAS tracking. It can simultaneously perform TAS precision tracking on up to five batches of targets at a data rate of 1 second. This capability allows the radar to provide real-time guidance to electro-optical systems and other systems for identification, confirmation, and handling of the targets.
