Stainless Steel Circular Hopper For Tablet Transfer

Description:

This mobile tablet hopper is equipped with a robust curved stainless steel tubing frame and four heavy-duty lockable PU casters, allowing for easy movement between tablet presses, coating machines, and packaging stations. It enables closed-loop conveying of finished products, preventing cross-contamination and dust pollution. A sealing flip-top ensures safe feeding and dust-proof storage; the bottom discharge port uses a standard DN quick-clamp connector, allowing for smooth, automatic discharging with downstream packaging equipment.

Our LDP series circular tablet hoppers are designed for the turnover of finished pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, and granules. They are constructed from food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, meeting GMP cleanroom standards. The hopper body features a one-piece structure with an upper cylindrical and lower conical section. Both inner and outer surfaces are precision mirror-polished with seamless rounded welds, eliminating dead corners and preventing tablet clamping, abrasion, and residue. This effectively protects finished tablets from breakage or damage during transport.

We offer a variety of standard specifications and also accept OEM customization to suit different customer production layouts. This product is widely used in solid dosage form pharmaceutical plants for the storage and circulation of finished tablet intermediates in the workshop. It is easy to disassemble, clean, and autoclave, and is an indispensable auxiliary container for modern tablet production lines.
