Customizable Square Turnover Hopper With Casters

Description:

The square turnover hopper is a container device specifically designed for the storage, transfer, and conveying of powders, granules, and solid materials, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemicals, and new materials industries. This equipment features a combination of a square barrel and a conical discharge structure. The upper section maximizes capacity utilization, while the lower 60° cone effectively promotes natural material flow, reducing bridging and residue, and improving unloading efficiency.

The inner and outer surfaces are precision polished, offering corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no unsanitary corners. A quick-opening, sealed feeding port at the top facilitates feeding and inspection; a butterfly valve, ball valve, or quantitative discharge device at the bottom ensures safe and precise unloading.

The hopper is equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters at the bottom, allowing for easy movement within the workshop and inter-process handling. Its standardized design allows seamless integration with lifting feeders, tablet presses, capsule filling machines, mixers, packaging machines, and other equipment, enabling closed-loop conveying and automated production, reducing manual handling, and improving production efficiency.
