Description
In pharmaceutical packaging and handling, electrostatic adsorption and drug adhesion are dual challenges that lead to product waste, inconsistent dosages, and regulatory risks. Traditional LDPE roll films easily accumulate static electricity, attracting pharmaceutical powders/particles to the film surface—causing significant drug loss, uneven dosage in final products, and increased production costs. Additionally, static-related particle adsorption can compromise drug purity, triggering non-compliance with GMP standards.
Our Anti-Static Pharmaceutical LDPE Roll Film is engineered to address these pain points, with a focus on reducing drug adsorption. Manufactured in a Class C+A clean room, the film integrates a permanent anti-static formula: during extrusion, food-grade static-dissipative additives are uniformly blended into the pharmaceutical-grade LDPE resin. This eliminates static buildup, preventing electrostatic adsorption of drug particles.
To further reduce drug adhesion, we optimize the film’s surface energy through precision processing, resulting in a smooth, low-adhesion surface with a drug adsorption rate ≤0.05% (validated with common pharmaceutical powders like lactose, starch, and API fine powders). The film is crafted from high-purity LDPE resin, free of plasticizers, heavy metals, and harmful additives, with low extractables that meet strict pharmaceutical contact standards—ensuring no chemical interaction with drugs.
With excellent flexibility, heat-sealability, and tear resistance, it seamlessly adapts to blister packaging machines, vertical form-fill-seal equipment, and other pharmaceutical production lines. Whether for primary packaging of tablets/capsules, sachet packaging of pharmaceutical powders, or lining for API transfer containers, this roll film minimizes drug waste, ensures dosage accuracy, and maintains regulatory compliance—delivering reliable performance for your pharmaceutical supply chain.
