Material Composition
Medical-grade 8011/1235 aluminum alloy (20-30μm) with integrated heat-seal layer (HSL). Optional composite structures available (PET/AL/CPP) for enhanced barrier performance. Custom printing uses food-grade water-based ink compliant with ISO 10993 and FDA standards.
