Product Description
The main machine frame adopts an integral forming process and is repeatedly corrected during the production process to make the whole machine reach an absolute parallel surface. The equipment is equipped with an empty bag recycling function. If there is a problem of empty packages caused by the weighers' failure to weigh in time, the machine will automatically identify it and repeat the cycle, avoiding waste.

Operation is convenient, adopting PLC control and man-machine interface operating system, making the operation intuitive and easy. Adjustment is convenient too, with the replacement of varieties completed in about five minutes.​
It features high automation, realizing unmanned operation in the whole process of weighing and packaging, and automatic alarm when faults occur. It is equipped with a perfect prevention system, which can intelligently detect whether the bag is opened and whether the opening is complete. In case of unsuitable feeding, it will not feed or heat-seal, avoiding waste of bags and materials and saving costs.​
The packaging part of the machine is made of stainless steel, ensuring the hygiene and safety of materials and meeting GMP standards. Some components are equipped with imported tolerance plastic bearings, which do not need oiling, reducing pollution to materials.​
It adopts dust-proof and waterproof design, can be washed with water, reducing cleaning difficulty and improving the service life of the machine. It uses prefabricated packaging bags, with high sealing quality, improving the grade of finished products.​
The equipment is equipped with a transparent organic glass protective door and an automatic empty bag recycling function. If the bag cannot be opened, it will not discharge or seal, and the packaging bag will automatically cycle for one circle, completely eliminating empty packages.
