Working Principle of Capsule Polishing Machine

The SED-JPG-2 utilizes a rotating brush system to drive capsules in a circular spiral path along the polishing tube. As the capsules advance through the spiral spring, the constant friction between the brush and the tube wall buffs the shell to a high shine.

During this process:

• Polishing: Dust is scrubbed off and pulled through small perforations in the cylinder wall into a vacuum system.
