Vertical Form Fill Seal Snack Automated Packaging Machine with Servo Motor Control

Features:

1. This machine adopts Intermittent working style, the hole-plate filling system. With whole-close system of the filling and rotary, easy for clean.
2. Up&Down module one-way movement, the imported double-lip Polyurethane sealing ring making good sealing performance.
3. Module cleaning station with the air blowing and sucking function, to protect the hole module without any powder under the high working condition.
4. Locking station with the powder sucking function
5. Finished capsule station with the Card capsule circle device, no powder flying.

Performance:
1). Output: 210000 capsules /hour
2) Change speed by transducer, PLC control (C type)
3) Easy to operate and install
4) Function for filling powder, pellet, granule, pellet into capsule.
5) Automatic detect and diagnosis of lack of material, capsule and mechanical trouble, make alarm and stop automatically.
6) Displaying in-time speed and accumulative output.
