5. Mould

According to customers' request to build the mould. Before make the mould ,
we send mould design to customer approval first .

When mould are finished, we will test the mould to check it and send the sample for consumers' reference.


7. Sample

If the first sample come out is not satisfied with customer needed .we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory
8. DeliveryDelivery goods by sea or by air, according to customers requirement


Mould Maintenance:
♦ Thermal oil: adopting the hydraulic oil for the maintenance to get in the inlet of cooling water, which can play a lubrication, rust-proof role.
♦ Maintenance of guiding column: guiding column should be painted a small amount of hydraulic oil, cycle once a month.
♦ It needs to be painted rust preventive if it stops production for long time.
