Description:

  • Cylinder driving is adopted and the mono-block machine is controlled by PLC. It is composed of bracket, cap, guide mechanism, control detection circuitry etc.
  • It can direct automatically with no bucket and used stand-alone or lay out to achieve operation on production line.
  • Cap removing has fine-adjustment system to prevent damage beak and widen its suitability to different bottle.
  • Cap removing is composed of four circular arc petals, similar to opening-hand pressing bung, sting four circular arc petals, tighten cover of bung, then upgrade cap, pull out and loose automatically, through the air take cap to cap-collected through, in the process of cap removing no damage to bung.
