Working Principle
The material enters the pelleting chamber vertically and is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the static ring die by the rotating frame plate. Under the rolling of the rotating pressure roller, the material is extruded through the die holes. During this process, the material undergoes physical changes under high pressure and high temperature, and the fibers are rearranged and bonded to form continuous cylindrical solids. The solids are cut into pellets of specified length by the cutter around the die, and then collected to the discharge port by the material shifting teeth.
