Working Principle

Raw materials are continuously fed into the furnace body through the automatic feeding system, and undergo sequential processes of drying, preheating, pyrolysis carbonization, and cooling in different temperature zones of the furnace under anaerobic or low-oxygen conditions. The carbonized finished products are continuously discharged through the sealed discharging device, while the flue gas and combustible gas generated during carbonization are recycled after purification—either used as fuel for the furnace's heating system to save energy consumption, or further processed into usable fuel gas, realizing resource recycling and environmental protection.
