Core Working Principle:
· Raw materials (sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, etc.) with a moisture content of 10% - 15% ,enter the pelleting chamber by gravity from the top feed inlet.
· The fixed ring die cooperates with the rotating pressure rollers. Under the strong extrusion force, the material is pressed into the die holes, and the lignin in the wood softens and acts as a natural binder to form dense cylindrical pellets.
· The adjustable cutting device cuts the extruded pellets to a preset length , and the finished pellets are discharged from the bottom for collection.
