Brief Introduction:


The Vertical Ring Die Sawdust Pellet Mill is a high - efficiency biomass pellet - forming device, specially optimized for processing sawdust and various wood residues to produce solid fuel pellets.

It combines the advantages of traditional pellet mills, and has outstanding performance in handling low - adhesion, difficult - to - form materials, making it an ideal choice for medium and large - scale pellet production lines in the biomass energy and wood processing industries.

Core Working Principle:

· Raw materials (sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, etc.) with a moisture content of 10% - 15% ,enter the pelleting chamber by gravity from the top feed inlet.

· The fixed ring die cooperates with the rotating pressure rollers. Under the strong extrusion force, the material is pressed into the die holes, and the lignin in the wood softens and acts as a natural binder to form dense cylindrical pellets.

· The adjustable cutting device cuts the extruded pellets to a preset length , and the finished pellets are discharged from the bottom for collection.
