This continuous nut roaster is divided into three distinct sections: feeding, roasting, and cooling. Production capacity can be adjusted by adding or removing roasting sections. The PLC control panel allows for quick and easy adjustment of various process parameters, and clearly visible parameters facilitate monitoring and evaluation of roasting results throughout the process.

This roaster utilizes alternating bottom and top heating for uniform product heating, ensuring superior roast quality, correct color, and optimal moisture content.
