Description:

CBN cutter has higher wear resistance than hard alloy and ceramics, and can reduce the size deviation or size dispersion in the processing of large parts. Especially, it is suitable for the equipment with high degree of automation, which can reduce the auxiliary time of changing and adjusting the knife and make its efficiency fully play.

The chemical reaction between PCBN and iron group elements and their alloys is not easy at 1200 ~1300℃, which overcomes the chemical affinity between PCBN and iron. It has high oxidation resistance, and the bonding and diffusion effect of various materials are much smaller than that of cemented carbide.
