Introduction

PCB Reject Conveyor is a transmission device specially used to handle unqualified printed circuit boards (PCBs) that have been tested or inspected.

The main functions are as follows:

Basic structure:
Automation equipment composed of conveyor belt, drive motor, sensor and other components.
The conveyor belt can be set horizontally or inclined, depending on actual needs.

Unqualified boards are sent to the scrap area or rework area for subsequent processing.
