Introduction:

An offline PCBA depaneling machine is a specialized device used to separate assembled PCBs into individual PCBAs. "Offline" means it's not integrated into the SMT production line, but rather operates as a standalone station, manually loaded and unloaded by an operator.

It typically uses a high-speed spindle and a milling cutter as a cutting tool. Through program control, milling is performed along pre-designed paths (V-cuts or stamp holes), achieving high-precision, high-quality separation.
