700 X 800 X 950mm 0.05mm Precision Hot Bar Soldering Machine
Automatic Soldering Robot for high-precision PCB, FPC, and FFC welding applications
Equipment Operation Overview
This precision hot press equipment controls three critical parameters - temperature, time, and pressure - to ensure stable and reliable welding results. The system is specifically designed for connecting PCB, FPC, and FPC products using soldering tin to achieve optimal electrical functionality.
Accurate parameter setting is essential for quality solder joints. Proper configuration ensures sufficient solder material welds both surfaces effectively, with melted tin properly bonding the components. The coordinated control of temperature, time, and pressure parameters enables consistent, high-quality welding performance.
FPC construction consists of polyimide and copper platinum layers with an operating temperature range of 130-200°C, capable of short-term welding up to 300°C. During PCB and FPC welding, heat dissipation occurs through the indenter, component absorption, and air convection. Given FPC thickness ranges from 0.02-0.12mm, temperature losses of 50-80°C typically occur at the welding surface, requiring compensation in temperature settings.
