Production Process Technology
The YSVC-3S employs a unique multi-stage cutting method utilizing six blades arranged in three groups (A, B, C). Each group consists of one upper and one lower blade, forming a complete cutting unit.
The cutting process is divided into three stages: Group A blades cut 40% of the board, Group B blades complete another 40% through the groove cut by Group A, and Group C blades finish the final 20%. This progressive cutting approach reduces stress during the process by over 80% compared to traditional single-cut methods.
This results in exceptionally smooth board edges and surfaces without warping, making it the only machine capable of guaranteeing aluminum plate cutting without deformation.
The multiple cutting stages ensure smooth operation and significantly improve V-CUT groove positioning capability. Even with shallow V-CUT grooves, the board remains securely positioned without jumping out of the blade, eliminating adverse effects.
The cutting force is minimized, and the blades are manufactured from imported Swedish high-speed steel, dramatically improving durability. Blade lifetime can exceed one year when cutting aluminum boards.
All cutting blades are calibrated using Excitation double-frequency laser interference measurement instruments, ensuring subsequent blades accurately continue cutting in previously cut slots. Blade point jitter is maintained below 0.02mm, guaranteeing perfect cutting quality.
