Phase 4: SMT & THT Assembly

12 fully automated SMT lines handle component placement with ±25μm accuracy—supporting 01005 components through large BGAs. Automatic wave soldering processes through-hole components. Programmable soldering robots provide precision selective soldering for mixed-technology boards.
