Stage 1: Design Creation
Our engineers receive your product specifications and create a complete PCB design—schematic, component selection, and layout. DFM review ensures manufacturability.

Stage 2: Design Review
We verify the design against your functional requirements. Any potential issues are identified and resolved.

Stage 3: Prototype Fabrication
We fabricate 5-10 sample boards using our in-house fabrication capability. Board type, materials, and finishes are selected per your requirements.

Stage 4: Prototype Assembly
Sample boards are assembled on our 12 fully automated SMT lines. Components are placed with ±25μm accuracy. Automatic wave soldering and programmable soldering robots handle through-hole and mixed-technology components.

Stage 5: Comprehensive Testing
Every prototype undergoes AOI, X-Ray, ICT, and functional testing—100% coverage. Electrical performance is verified against specifications.

Stage 6: Sample Delivery
Prototype samples are carefully packaged in anti-static materials and shipped to you with test documentation and design files. You confirm performance before production.
