Semi auto balance pressure filling machine for PET glass bottle and can

1, The filling system is composed of liquid cylinder mechanism, liquid inlet mechanism, lifting mechanism, filling valve mechanism, on-off valve mechanism, etc. 2, The aerated beverage enters into the feed pipe through the steam water mixer. If the beverage in the cylinder is lower than the minimum liquid level, the liquid inlet solenoid valve will open and the beverage enters into the liquid cylinder. When the liquid level reaches the maximum line, the valve will close. 3, There is a certain pressure in the cylinder when filling the aerated beverage, which is generally 0.3-0.6mpa. You can choose according to the type of beverage and the requirements of customers, but the pressure in the cylinder must be smaller than that in the mixer, otherwise the beverage will not reach the filling cylinder. The pressurized gas should be injected into the hydraulic cylinder to ensure the constant pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. This pressure can be regulated by the pressure regulating valve of the intake air. 4, The so-called isobaric filling is to add pressure to the bottles waiting for filling. First, the isobaric pressure between the liquid cylinder and the beverage bottle is established, which is equivalent to the saturation pressure of the gas in the gas containing beverage, and then the filling is realized under this condition 5, Isobaric filling can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide in the product and prevent excessive foaming in the filling process from affecting the product quality and quantitative accuracy. It is widely used in the filling of beverages containing carbon dioxide, such as beer, soda and sparkling wine.
