The features of sound proof partitions

2> The soundproof partition is made from high density frame, special made rubber, excellent sound insulation cotton and finish board etc. the finish board is flat and hard.
3> The finish board is inserted in the aluminum track, assembled with multi direction wheels; the board can be stored in may different ways.
4> It doesn’t need track on the floor, we only hang the track on the ceilings and it can be at the same plane with the ceiling decoration. It won’t affect the whole decoration style.

The specification of sound proof partitions

Mainly structure is generally composed of aluminium track, rollers, sealing strips, aluminium frames, reference surface materials, sound insulation materials, transmission rods, and sealant strips.

When moving the soundproof partitions there is a 22.5-25mm gap between the top of the panel and the
underside of the head track, there is a similar gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.
Once a panel is positioned, acoustic integrity is maintained along the top and bottom of the panel by extending pressure seals.

The pressure seals are extended and retracted by a single 180°turn of a removable operating handle.Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. This action simultaneously extends the top and bottom seals.
