  1. With a closed condensate recovery system, higher feedwater temperatures lead to increased steam output. At a feedwater temperature of 130°C and a rated steam pressure of 0.8 MPa, a 4000 kg/h boiler can achieve an evaporation capacity of 4800 kg/h.
  2. Unlike traditional open systems, this closed-loop recovery system cuts energy consumption by more than 20%, dramatically reducing operating expenses.
  3. The fully closed condensate recovery system avoids energy losses from flashing due to pressure drops in pressurized condensate.
  4. The fully enclosed condensate recovery system minimizes atmospheric and steam losses. By eliminating dissolved oxygen in the feedwater, it prevents 'oxygen corrosion'. This not only significantly reduces chemical treatment costs but also greatly extends the boiler's lifespan.
