The touch screen control system allows easy operation and convenient fault analysis.

16 Gathering Stations

16 stations in 4 units (each unit has 4 stations) and 1 vacuum pump for each unit. Automatic signature inspection system on each station to detect miss-feeds,multi-feeds,and paper jams.
The vertical gathering design can reduce the friction of signatures so as to avoid any mark on the paper during gathering process.

1:2 Speed Mode Change Mechanism

21 Sets of Book Clamps

The 21 book clamps employ aluminum die casting alloy plates and German torsion springs,which can provide stable and reliable
clamping force to ensure high accuracy of each production step.The opening of book clamp can be easily adjusted by position
indicator at one time.

Four Spine Preparation Stations

Separate roughening,milling,notching,and brushing units ensure thorough spine preparation.Working together with the reliable paper dust extractor,makes sure book spine is well prepared before glue application.

Gluing Application System

Double spine gluing station with one side gluing station guarantee optimal gluing under high-speed.
Movable gluing stations allow easy changeover between PUR and EVA in mintues.

Stream Cover Feeder

Large capacity stream cover feeder allows stable feeding of large quantity covers for medium and long print runs.Covers only
need to be added every 30 minutes,which saves a lot of operation time.Covers with flaps can also be smoothly fed through the
wide horizontal cover feeding table.

Cover Scoring Station

The specially designed dualaxis scoring rollers with large diameter enable straight and nice-looking scoring lines.Position
indicator are installed for precise adjustment.Books of only 3mm thickness can also be scored perfectly.

Two Nipping Stations

Two superior nipping stations exert powerful nipping pressure to create strong,durable binds with perfectly-shaped book spines.
Nipping pressure and pressing time can be adjusted to achieve optimal book spine shapes.

Automatic Lubrication System

The automatic lubrication system makes the lubrication and maintenance easier.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
