Description

The thick cardboard making machine is a high configuration paper making machine. All parts in this machine are from framous brand and be manufactured in high precision. Such as:

1- Frame

Before welding, sheet and tube should rectify straight.
Before fine machining, it must mechanical vibration treatment to eliminate stress.

2. Casting parts

Big jumbo press roll, dryer cylinder: after casting, thermal insulation treatment to eliminate stress.
Other casting: after casting, annealing heat treatment to eliminate the stress.

3. Spindle nose of rolls

Wire section guide roll, press section guide roll, spreading roll, dryer section guide roll, paper leading roll: Quenching and tempering treatment before finishing.
Bearing taper surface of all the bearing and roller must precision fit, the contact surface more than 80%.

The heaviest part in this thick cardboard making machine is the press roll, about 34tons per roll.
