Production Process on Automated Paper Cup Line
  • Unwinding: The bottom roll and cup body roll are installed separately on the machine.
  • Stamping: The bottom roll is punched into circular cup plates through a circular mold.
  • Heating and bonding: The cup body is rolled into a cone shape and the bottom edge is heated. The cup film is sent to the designated position and firmly pressed together with the cup body.
  • Cooling and shaping: After the adhesive is cooled, a complete and sealed paper cup is formed.
