Primary Application Processes of PE coating
Extrusion Lamination/Lining: This is the most common method. Molten PE is extruded through a flat die, forming a thin curtain that is pressed onto a substrate (like paper or cardboard) and then cooled. The term "laminated paper" often refers to this process.
Spray Coating: Molten PE is sprayed in a mist form onto a surface. This is suitable for irregularly shaped objects or when a thicker coating is required.
Dip Coating: An object is dipped into a bath of molten PE and then withdrawn, leaving a uniform coating on its surface. This is often used for tool handles.
