Product Overview

Frozen raspberries are delicate and prone to moisture, so the enrober uses a precisely controlled chocolate curtain and a PU belt that carries the fruit smoothly through each coating stage. Two chocolate passes deliver the rich double-coating profile, while the built-in cooling tunnel (0–10 °C) sets the chocolate quickly to prevent melting. The 304 stainless steel frame keeps the line hygienic and easy to clean.
