This year MAY-15A series intelligent metal sheet bending machine was introduced. This machine is specially designed and produced according to the standards of high end machine tools. It features great stability, reliability, and additional functions including auto reposition, oblique reposition, and double C-axis rotation, giving it a wider range of applications.
The **15A Series intelligent panel bender is an excellent choice for many industrial applications. It's power efficiency, ultra-low noise operation, outstanding performance and high precision make it the best choice for all your bending needs.

Features:

The feeding method of this machine is pressing arm, whereas the positioning method is a Y axis double lift automatic positioning tool. The standard axis quantity for such a machine is 15, making it compatible with various materials like stainless steel, aluminum panels, and cold panels.
It supports metal sheets with thickness ranging from 0.35mm to 2mm, and maximum panel size of 2500*1500mm. The machine is also suitable for various flat panels or special shaped of work pieces, such as mesh, corrugated, and hollow, etc.
As for its functionalities, it includes automatic reposition, oblique reposition; improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy; standard power hinge knife; and special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling, allowing it to bend thicker panels.
