Structural Design & Modularity

The system features boltless beam-to-upright connection via teardrop slots, enabling fast reconfiguration.

Frames are pre-punched at uniform intervals (typically 2") for fine-grained shelf height adjustment.

Optional accessories include row spacers, pallet supports, safety bars, and backstops, expanding its functionality for diverse storage needs.

Materials & Surface Treatment

Manufactured using high-tensile Q235B or Q345B steel, ensuring superior strength and durability under dynamic load conditions.

All components undergo epoxy powder coating or hot-dip galvanization, offering excellent corrosion resistance—ideal for humid environments or cold storage facilities (down to -30°C).

A: Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/ film in standard export cartons. Other packing like wooden box are available to clients’ requirement.
