3. Q: How long does production take after placing an order?

A: The normal manufacturing lead time is approximately 20 working days. The final schedule depends on factors such as order volume, rack specifications, and customization requirements.

4. Q: Which trade terms do you support?

A: We mainly work with EXW and FOB terms. According to different project requirements, we can also discuss other shipping terms and provide suitable solutions.

5. Q: Can you make racks according to our drawings or special requirements?

A: Yes. Customized production is one of our advantages. Our engineering team can develop storage racks based on customers’ layouts, drawings, loading requirements, and application environments.

6. Q: Are your products available in different materials?

A: Yes. Steel is the primary material used for our warehouse racking products. For special applications, we can also combine materials such as wood panels, aluminum, acrylic, glass, and other decorative materials to meet different functional and aesthetic needs.

7. Q: What is the difference between starter racks and extension racks?

A: A starter rack is a complete standalone unit equipped with two upright frames, while an extension rack (add-on rack) is designed to connect with the previous unit and uses one shared upright frame.
For instance, a row of 10 connected racks usually consists of 1 starter rack and 9 add-on racks, which helps reduce material usage and maximize storage space.

8. Q: How are your racks packaged for export?

A: To save shipping space and protect products during transportation, our racks are normally disassembled and packed in flat packages with protective film, bubble wrap, or export cartons. Special packaging methods, such as wooden cases, can also be arranged based on customer requirements.
