Substrate preparation:
The wall surface must be firm, flat, dry (moisture content ≤10%), clean, and neutral (pH value ≤10). Thoroughly remove loose materials, oil stains, and mold. New walls should be fully cured (concrete 28 days, mortar 7 days or more). It is recommended to use a matching alkali-resistant sealing primer.
Construction environment:
Ambient temperature 5℃-35℃, air humidity ≤85%, avoid construction in rain, snow, strong winds and direct sunlight.
Paint preparation:
Stir thoroughly after opening the can. Depending on the application requirements, dilute with an appropriate amount of clean water (it is recommended that the amount of water added should not exceed 20% of the total product volume), stir well, and let stand for 5 minutes to defoam before use.
Painting recommendations:
• We recommend using a “one-base, two-top” system: apply one coat of alkali-resistant primer, then apply two coats of this product. • Use a high-quality roller, brush, or airless sprayer to apply the coating and ensure a uniform coating.
Theoretical consumption:
Approximately 10-12 square meters/liter/coat (actual consumption varies depending on substrate roughness, application method, and coating thickness).
Drying time:
Surface dry: approximately 30 minutes (25℃); Re-coating interval: ≥4 hours; Full curing: 7 days.
