7.5kW Aquaculture Microporous Aerator
Compared with conventional paddlewheel aerators, our microporous aerator drastically lowers long-term power expenditure for fish and shrimp farms. Its low power demand under identical oxygen output enables farmers to achieve stable water oxygen levels with minimal energy input throughout the whole breeding cycle.
Key Advantages
- Energy Conservation: Taking a 10-mu water surface aquaculture pond as an example: When the water depth is 1.5-2m and the dissolved oxygen content is ≥5mg/L, and the oxygenation capacity reaches 10Kg02/L, the power consumption is only 1.1-1.5KW. However, a propeller aerator requires 6-9KW. Assuming an oxygenation period of 200 days, if it operates for 8 hours a day, it can save up to 10,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity. The operating cost is saved by more than 5,000 yuan.
- High-efficiency: The product uses microcellular bubbles for oxygenation. Microbubbles can rapidly increase the oxygen content in water, thus ensuring high oxygenation efficiency and excellent oxygenation effect. It only takes one-tenth of the time for the dissolved oxygen content of the bottom water to be ≥5mg/L.
- Silent Operation: The product uses micro-porous tubes and micro-bubbles for oxygenation, making almost no sound on the water surface in water.
