Description

The 8-row deoxidizer bagging machine is mainly used to automatically and accurately dispense deoxidizers during the packaging process of food, medicine and other products. Its workflow is as follows:
Preparation stage: The operator needs to preheat and debug the equipment to ensure that all components are in normal operation. At the same time, the deoxidizer to be dispensed and the products to be packaged are placed in the designated position.
Detection stage: The equipment will automatically detect the quantity and quality of the deoxidizer. Once unqualified deoxidizer is found, it will be automatically removed to ensure that the deoxidizer put in meets the requirements.
Bagging stage: The deoxidizer that has passed the test will be automatically and accurately put into the product to be packaged. This process is highly automated, which greatly reduces manual intervention and reduces errors.
Packaging stage: After the deoxidizer is put in, the equipment will quickly package the product to ensure that the deoxidizer is evenly distributed in the package, so as to play its preservation role.
Detection and output stage: The packaged products will undergo the final quality inspection, and will be output after passing the inspection and enter the subsequent processing link.
