a) Our films and machine's hanger are both with 50mm normally. If you want other diameter, please kindly let us know.
b) As for the opening of the film that goes over the valve size
The opening of the films that goes over the valve is 20mm. And if you want other size like 13mm-18mm, please contact us.
c) Our films are all with only one hole. Not whole side open.
Please make sure that your machines are compatible with rolls with one hole.
2. How to seal the film?
Our films are inflated and hot sealed by air cushion machine.

3. In the films how many pcs will be there in each roll?
For 40cm*15cm*300m, will be 1875pcs per roll
For 40cm*25cm*300m, will be 1200pcs per roll
For 40cm*31cm*300m, will be 967pcs per roll
For 40cm*33cm*300m, will be 910pcs per roll

4. What is your film material?
Normally our air pilow bags are HDPE type material. If you want LDPE or PA+PE type, please kindly contact us.

5. What is the difference between HDPE and LDPE type material?
LDPE type films will be more transparent than HDPE.

6. Can you do the PE air packaging films with color and also logo printing?
Yes, we can.

7. Do you have also machines or only films?
Air cushion machines also available from us. We are both films and machines supplier for inflatable protective packaging materials.

8. Can you make different shape air packaging films like stars, hearts?
Yes, we can customize as per your request.

9. Which could fit better to fill the void and can vary from box to box as a contractor?
We recommend 40*15cm air pillows since you can choose the quantity you want and tear-off them. And also depend on your void. For your reference.
