Product Description

Traditional ampoules sealing machine adopts liquid gas as fuel and air as combustion-supporting gas.The produced flame contains carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen compounds, these substances will impact the quality of pharmaceuticals and bring security hidden danger to the work environment. According to the request of scientific research personnel, Our company adopts oxy-hydrogen generator to seal the ampoules.

Oxyhydrogen Glass Ampoule Sealing Machine technology uses water as the medium to electrolyze water into H2 and O2, and fire them to form Oxyhydrogen Flame. The temperature of the oxyhydrogen flame is as high as 2800 degrees so that it can seal the Ampoules very fast. The quality and speed of the oxyhydrogen Flame sealing method are higher than Liquid gas.

The onion skin ampoule filling sealing machine is designed for filling and sealing onion skin ampoules and crushable glass ampoules. The equipment can ensure chemicals of high filling precision up to 1% into onion tubes. The fuel gas is oxyhydrogen gas generator to replace the traditional gas cylinders.
