The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator developed by Jiangsu Luoming is an advanced system that extracts nitrogen from compressed air using adsorption technology, providing a reliable and economical solution for on-site nitrogen generation.
How It Works
  • Adsorption Towers: Equipped with two towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) material
  • Adsorption Process: Compressed air flows through CMS which preferentially adsorbs oxygen molecules
  • Nitrogen Output: Delivers nitrogen gas with purity ranging from 95% to 99.999%
