The VF526DT bipolar latch, dual Hall effect digital position sensor is equipped with two Hall sensing elements and is located 1.4 mm [0.055 in] away from the single integrated circuit chip. The components are encapsulated in thermosetting molding materials.

Two active latching Hall sensors indicate the velocity and direction of the magnetic field gradient across the package surface, such as the gradient of a rotating ring magnet.

The compact 4-pin SOT-89B package can be surface-mounted on printed circuit boards and in flexible circuits. VF526DT? 7. Built-in temperature compensation function, designed to match the temperature coefficient of low-cost magnets, can be used to form reliable yet cost-effective sensor-magnet combinations.

The unique voltage stabilizing circuit can provide ultra-stable operation under power supply voltage conditions ranging from 3.4Vdc to 24Vdc. It can be directly connected to various electronic components without buffering or compensation circuits.
