DS4-HCN-50 Electrochemical Gas Sensor For Petrochemical Industry
Detection Principle:
Adopts solid polymer electrochemical sensing technology based on electrochemical catalytic reaction. The sensor consists of three catalytic electrodes, a solid electrolyte, and gas diffusion holes. Gas reaches the working electrode through the diffusion holes, where electrochemical oxidation or reduction reactions occur on the porous micro-surface of the electrode. The solid electrolyte conducts electron transfer, outputting a current signal whose magnitude represents the gas concentration.
Features:
- High Sensitivity: Detects down to 0.01ppm of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and withstands continuous exposure to high-concentration HCN.
- Rapid Response: Response time within 3 seconds, T90 < 30s.
- Stable Performance: Minimal zero-point drift during long-term use.
- Long Service Life: Non-consumable solid electrolyte technology reduces sensitivity decay over time.
- Compact Size: Facilitates integration into multi-parameter devices and portable/wearable equipment.
- Strong Anti-Interference: Special catalytic electrode preparation technology avoids interference from other gases.
- Wide Temperature Range: Operates normally at -40°C to 55°C.
- High Linearity: Full-range linear measurement with accuracy up to ±5% F.S.
Performance Parameters:
- Measurement Range: Available in specifications like 100ppm and 5000ppm.
- Resolution: Up to 0.01ppm.
- Accuracy: ≤±5% F.S.
- Response Time: T90 < 30s, general response within 3 seconds.
