The AGP11 series is a piezoresistive vacuum gauge. It adopts a high - precision and high - stability diffused silicon oil - filled sensor core, and an integrated module design of an electronic controller and a sensor. By utilizing the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor materials and good elastic deformation performance, and relying on exquisite packaging technology and a complete assembly process, the quality and performance of this product are ensured.
