MH-Z9041A High-performance Household Laser Methane Sensor Widely Applied in Intelligent Household Gas Alarms
Product Purpose:
The MH-Z9041A is a high-performance household laser methane sensor . It adopts advanced Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology and a professional opposite-type optical path structure. With exclusive selectivity for methane gas, oxygen-independent detection, and excellent anti-interference capability, the sensor complies with national standards GB/T 34004-2017 and GB 15322.2-2019. It is mainly used for real-time and high-precision leakage monitoring of methane gas in household indoor environments, widely applied in intelligent household gas alarms, indoor gas safety monitoring equipment and civilian gas safety protection devices, providing accurate and reliable data support for household gas leakage early warning and safety protection linkage.
Product Core Features:
- Ultra-High Gas Selectivity: Adopts professional laser detection technology, only responds to methane gas, effectively eliminating interference from ethanol, formaldehyde, TVOC and other indoor mixed gases, ensuring extremely pure and accurate detection data.
- TDLAS Laser Detection & Anti-Poisoning: Based on physical laser spectral detection principle, free from chemical poisoning and aging failure. It features excellent anti-water vapor interference performance, adapts to humid indoor environments, and supports long-term stable operation without frequent calibration.
- Fast Response & High Precision: Equipped with optimized optical path and intelligent temperature compensation algorithm, with ultra-fast response speed (T90<15s) and high resolution up to 0.1%LEL. It delivers linear and stable output results in conventional household temperature and humidity environments.
- Oxygen-Independent Detection: Normal and accurate detection without relying on ambient oxygen concentration, completely solving the detection failure defect of traditional catalytic sensors in oxygen-deficient environments, with broader environmental adaptability.
- Diversified Output & Easy Integration: Supports standard 3.0V TTL UART serial port output and PWM waveform output. The communication protocol is simple and universal, compatible with mainstream single-chip microcomputers and intelligent control systems, facilitating rapid secondary development and equipment integration.
- Maintenance-Free & Long Service Life: No regular calibration required after factory calibration, with an effective service life of more than 10 years. It greatly reduces later maintenance and replacement costs, featuring outstanding long-term stability and cost performance.
- Standard Compliance & Wide Applicability: Fully compliant with national household gas detection safety standards, compact and lightweight structure, simple installation, specially optimized for household gas safety monitoring scenarios.
