Product Overview
The ET4860 is a high-efficiency(>96%) 6kw DC48V power system developed to deliver reliable power distribution for telecommunications applications, data centers, and industrial facilities requiring maximum uptime. Operating from a 220VAC single-phase 63A/1PN supply, it provides a precisely regulated DC output adjustable from –43VDC to –58VDC (nominally –53.5VDC). With conversion efficiency exceeding 96% even at full load, the system is ideally suited for energy-conscious, high-density environments.
Modular Design for Service Continuity
Built for redundancy, the unit accommodates up to 2*hot-swappable 3000W rectifier modules in an N+1 configuration. Each lightweight module (under 2kg) uses forced-air cooling to ensure stable thermal performance. Advanced power factor correction (≥0.99) and low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%) guarantee clean power delivery while reducing stress on upstream infrastructure. The system is housed in a 1U 19-inch rack-mountable chassis with an IP20 rating, featuring front-access servicing and convenient top-panel cable entry.
Intelligent Power Management
An integrated distribution panel includes BLVD functionality for flexible load management. The onboard controller offers comprehensive monitoring and control with 3 analog sensor inputs, 8 digital status inputs, and 8 configurable dry-contact relay outputs for alarm handling. Remote oversight is supported through RS232, RS485, and SNMP interfaces, while a built-in LCD screen enables straightforward on-site configuration and real-time status verification.
Built for Extreme Conditions
The ET4860 is engineered to perform reliably in harsh environments, operating without derating across an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +65°C and relative humidity from 5% to 95% (non-condensing). It maintains full output power at altitudes up to 3000 meters. Combining compact scalability, intelligent load management, and robust construction, the ET4860 provides a future-ready DC power foundation for critical infrastructure where downtime is not an option.
