Product Overview
The ET-Series 5U is a carrier-grade, high-density DC power platform designed to ensure uninterrupted operation for telecommunications central offices, mid-to-large data centers, and industrial facilities. Operating from dual 220VAC single-phase inputs (with one serving as a hot backup), it delivers a tightly regulated DC output adjustable from –43V to –58V, typically set at –53.5V. With a maximum output of 12kW and conversion efficiencies exceeding 96% across its typical load range, the system significantly lowers both energy consumption and associated cooling costs.
Engineered for service continuity, the system supports up to twelve hot-swappable 3000W rectifier modules, enabling N+1 or higher redundancy. Each module weighs less than 2kg and features forced-air cooling, active Power Factor Correction (≥0.99), and low Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi ≤5%) to ensure grid compatibility and stable output. Housed in a 7U 19-inch rack-mountable chassis with an IP20 rating, the unit allows front-access hot-swapping, simplifying maintenance. Rear copper busbars offer a low-impedance, high-current connection path.
Integrated DC distribution with LLVD and BLVD enables prioritized load shedding, helping to preserve critical battery reserves during outages. The advanced system controller provides comprehensive monitoring and programmable logic via 3 AI, 7 DI, and 6 DO ports. Remote management is supported through RS232, RS485, and SNMP interfaces, giving operators full visibility into alarms, performance, and rectifier status. A front-panel LCD allows for convenient on-site access and configuration.
The rectifier modules deliver reliable performance in extreme conditions, operating without derating across a temperature range of –40°C to +65°C and relative humidity from 5% to 95% (non-condensing). Full-rated power is maintained at altitudes up to 3000 meters. Combining scalable redundancy, intelligent load management, and rugged construction, the ET-Series provides a future-ready DC power foundation for mission-critical applications where downtime is not an option.
